Waxman Offers Hybrid Plan to Keep Broadband Providers Happy While Protecting Net Neutrality

California’s US Representative Henry Waxman proposed a different approach to net neutrality on Friday. In a letter to Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Chairman Tom Wheeler, he stated, “The vitality of the Internet is inextricably linked to its openness.
