Free speech, Justice Parker defeat SPLC

Tom Parker, who serves as associate justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, recently found himself at crosshairs with a left-wing hate group for making a comment on the air on American Family Radio's Focal Point with Bryan Fisher. Liberty Counsel Founder Mat Staver says the comment was about the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the Obergerfell case that legalized marriage for homosexuals.
