FCC's O'Rielly Talks Free Speech, 'Fake News' At Media Institute Luncheon

O'RIELLY asserted that "you will find the current Commission to be a great partner in the effort to ensure a free press, primarily by not intervening in the area," pointing to the TOM WHEELER-led Commission of previous years and its "attempts to insert the Commission as a watchdog to make sure news is being covered appropriately" with newsroom monitoring proposals.
