When paramedic Akiva Pollack entered Bnei Torah Kehillat Ya’akov synagogue in Jerusalem, he was greeted with a scene of absolute carnage. What he didn't expect was that the shooters were still in the building and would soon be targeting him and other paramedics as they treated the wounded.
