Failing liberal states losing residents by the millions

Americans are flocking to red states in droves. As reported by the Daily Signal on Sunday, a new study from the American Legislative Exchange Council finds that California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Illinois have suffered a net loss of some four million residents over the last decade as Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, and Georgia have gained roughly the same number of residents over the same time period.
