New Bill Would Narrow STELAR’s Reach

Congress continues to search for a solution to the STELAR debate, with a new bill now circulating in the House that would narrow which viewers would be impacted by STELAR.

The Satellite Television Community Protection and Promotion Act of 2019 was crafted and is being circulated by Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
