McConnell tees up Planned Parenthood vote

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has teed up a Monday vote on defunding Planned Parenthood. The Republican leader filed cloture Thursday on a motion to proceed to legislation that would block federal funding for the agency and redirect it to other women's health organizations.
