Congress Shoots Static Toward FCC’s C-Band Plans

Senators Jerry Moran (R-KS) and Tom Udall (D-NM) said because of the C-band’s “extreme sensitivity” and “vulnerability to terrestrial interference,” before the FCC approves any new wireless services it needs to consider the potential for interference to incumbent satellite-based operations like those used by radio and television stations nationwide. “
