Budget Bill Passes House With JSA-Grandfathering Rider

The House has passed a massive ($1 trillion-plus) spending bill package that will keep the government open and funded and, much to broadcasters liking, keep the FCC from requiring joint sales agreements (JSAs) the FCC says violated ownership regs from having to be unwound for another decade.
