All Senate Democrats Now Support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., will vote for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, according to his office, making him the final Senate Democrat to throw his support behind the law.

The bill would ban discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in the workplace. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has said he will bring the act for a floor vote this work session, and it could come as early as next week.
