Citing Pandemic’s Impact, FCC Gives Auction Winners More Time To Build FM Translators

As the coronavirus pandemic has hit advertising revenue, just keeping the lights on at the stations already on the air has become the priority for some broadcasters who secured AM fill-in construction permits to build new FM translators during Auction 99 in 2018 and Auction 100 in 2019.
