FCC Again Asks Supreme Court To Review Media Ownership Court Case

The FCC is hoping to overturn an appeals court decision that blocked the most recent rollback of ownership limits, including the newspaper-broadcast and radio-television cross-ownership bans, as well as the creation of a radio incubator program.
