House bill would block Planned Parenthood funding

A leader of the House Pro-Life Caucus is reintroducing legislation to defund Planned Parenthood, which she said has received a “favorable response” from GOP leaders. Rep. Diane Black (R-Tenn.) is calling for a vote “as soon as possible” on her bill to eliminate all federal funding for Planned Parenthood in the wake of two undercover videos targeting the organization.
