Two KSBJ Staffers Among Nominees for 2017 Texas Radio Hall of Fame

Bill Ingram and Mike CannonTwo staff members serving KSBJ have been nominated for inclusion in the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.

KSBJ Traffic Anchor Bill Ingram and KSBJ Part-time DJ Mike Cannon are among those being considered for the honor, which is given to those in the Lone Star State who have made a significant impact on the radio industry.

In celebration of their nominations, KSBJ recently presented Ingram and Cannon with a cookie in the shape of the TRHOF logo.

“We’re prayerful they will be inducted alongside inductee Andy Waldrop, KSBJ Part-time DJ,” reported KSBJ Director of Marketing Kasey Smith to NRB Today. “We’re excited for all three of our DJs and hopeful Bill and Mike will be inducted in November.”

Winners will be announced August 1.
