The Salvation Army’s Eastern Territorial Headquarters has released SAConnects, a new multimedia magazine that is replacing Good News!, Priority!, and Buenas Noticias!
The publication features stories from The Salvation Army’s officers and staff, as well as sections including “ONfile” and “FAITHinACTION,” reporting on relevant topics such as music, holistic health, special initiatives, and groundbreaking territorial events.
“We are proud to have a single publication that can be viewed on your phone, your computer, and hard copy in multiple languages,” remarked Colonel Cheryl A. Maynor, Secretary of Communications for The Salvation Army’s Eastern Territorial Headquarters.
“In our modern and multi–cultural organization, SAConnects aims to unite our readership, and make information about The Salvation Army as accessible as possible,” she added.
Each year, the Communications Department of The Salvation Army’s Eastern Territorial Headquarters will publish 10 issues of SAConnects. The latest issue, the fourth published so far, is available now in digital format and features articles on The Salvation Army’s outreach to immigrant communities in the northeastern United States. Previous issues carry cover stories on marriage, women in Salvation Army ministry, and The Salvation Army’s recent medical mission to Honduras.
