She was the Co-Founder and Publisher of WinePress Publishing and formed Redemption Press in 2014 to meet the need for author-centered publishing. Her new memoir, Full Circle: Coming Home to the Faithfulness of God, recounts the incredible story of the loss of her marriage, family, and 20-year old custom publishing company, WinePress Publishing, to a Christian cult, and how God restored all that the enemy had stolen.

Always Faithful Radio
Always Faithful Radio is a one-hour interview format show that airs on AM 630 KCIS in Seattle, Washington, and features Athena Dean Holtz as host and interviewer. Originally birthed in San Antonio, Texas, on AM 630 KSLR, the program has the tagline “Affirming the Faithfulness of God,” provides inspiration and information, and features interviews with authors, artists, speakers, and women of faith. As a publisher, author, blogger, speaker, pastor’s wife, and cheerleader for the Body of Christ, Holtz shares her life, seeing God in the mundane and the marvelous on Always Faithful Radio.

Holtz is author of several books, including the newly released Full Circle: Coming Home to the Faithfulness of God, and Consumed by Success: Reaching the Top and Finding God Wasn’t There. Her personal blog ( was selected as one of the Top 100 faith blogs for Christian women in 2015 by She is President of the Northwest Christian Writer’s Association (2015-2017), a president’s club member of Christian Women in Media Association (CWIMA), a member of Advanced Writer & Speaker Association (AWSA), and a member of the Christian Women’s Small Business Association.

In 2014, she married Ross Holtz, the Founding Pastor of The Summit, an Evangelical Free Church in Enumclaw, Washington. Holtz and her husband enjoy their grandchildren and time spent on Puget Sound waters on their sailboat.
