Global ministry Christian Vision (CV), the creators of the sharing app yesHEis, is calling on Christians all over the world to unite and share the Gospel in a single moment on social media.
CV has created the #goeverywhere campaign with the aim of flooding social media with the Gospel message in a single day. #goeverywhere will utilize online technology known as a Thunderclap to present the Gospel on September 30 at 7:30 p.m. UK time (2:30 p.m. ET/11:30 a.m. PT).
"A Thunderclap is a piece of online software that shares a specific message on your chosen social media feed on a designated day and time,” explained Nathan Spicer, Global Manager of yesHEis. “A 'blast' occurs when many people sign up to share and the internet is flooded with the same message.”
By signing up to #goeverywhere on the usa.goeverywhere.global page, Christians can schedule the Gospel video “Why I believe” to be posted on their Facebook or Twitter accounts on September 30.
Those who watch the Gospel video and have questions about God and faith, or who want to make a decision to follow Christ, can respond online. Teams in CV’s 18 regions worldwide will be ready to answer questions and help connect people to a local church.
“Imagine what would happen if Christians all over the world stood together in a single moment in time to declare their faith," posed Spicer. “Not only would it be very hard to ignore but it would send a powerful good news message to the rest of the world.”
NRB members are being encouraged to share this campaign with their Christian audience and to inspire them to join this movement by doing the following:
