American Family Association’s (AFA) Engage ministry debuted a new weekly radio program on American Family Radio (AFR) last weekend.
“Engage Radio will be a place where the voices of faithful Millennials can be heard,” said Wesley Wildmon, who co-hosts the 30-minute show along with Teddy James. “Our passionate, outspoken and active generation will truly be game-changers in our world, in politics, in churches, in education and in our communities. We hope to make amazing connections every week through Engage Radio.”
Each Saturday at 6:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. CT, the hosts of Engage Radio will talk about timely topics in the first segment and welcome a guest for the second segment. Each week's show, heard on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. on the AFR network, will also be posted on the Engage web site, EngageMagazine.net, as well as on social media. The debut show on March 5 focused on how spouses can serve each other.
AFA launched Engage in 2015 to help Millennials build their own worldview grounded in Scripture and the truth of the Gospel. Created by Millennials for Millennials, EngageMagazine.net is using the platform of AFA to reach this passionate, influential, and sometimes-elusive group of 20- and 30-year-olds.
