This summer, 40 young adults from around the world will engage in hands-on, missions-based internships offered through HCJB Global. The internships for ages 18-26 cover community development, media, medicine, and engineering in sub-Saharan Africa, Ghana, England, Ecuador, and the U.S.
"These internships are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for college-age adults to discover that the technical skills they have been acquiring can be used in the expansion of God's Kingdom," said Ellie Brecunier, HCJB Global's international new media coordinator. "Not only will they be further trained in their fields, but they also will be part of a multiethnic, global and cutting-edge experience designed to empower and mobilize a new generation of Christian leaders."
From assisting a digital media ministry serving at the Olympic Games in London to taking part in mobile medical outreach clinics in remote villages and orphanages in Ghana, these internship opportunities are part of HCJB Global's commitment to training Christians worldwide in emerging media, engineering, and health care.
Although this summer's internships are set, candidates for 2013 should already consider applying. Visit www.hcjb.org/summer-missions-internships-about for more information.
