Eight NRB member organizations are ranked this year among Forbes’ list of the 100 largest U.S. charities.
In terms of methodology, the main metric for inclusion is the amount of private donations received in the latest available fiscal year.
The Forbes list also calculates financial efficiencies for each charity and changes in those ratios from the prior period.
