Senior Pastor

Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale serves the people of South Florida at six campuses from Boca Raton to the Florida Keys. Started by Senior Pastor Bob Coy in 1985, the church has grown to become one of the largest in the country, with about 20,000 regular attendees. It is one of many churches affiliated with Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, led by Pastor Chuck Smith.

A growing media ministry makes it possible for Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale to extend its message far beyond South Florida, to advance the church’s mission to make disciples “until the whole world hears.” All church services are streamed live online at The church website also makes available an extensive media library of past services and other resources.
