New Review and Ratings Feature Added to The Ultimate Guide

The Ultimate GuideThe Ultimate Guide of Christian Media & Broadcasting has a new business reviews section that will allow people on the Web to share with industry peers their experiences with a company's products or services.

The new feature not only gives consumers the ability to share their opinions about the products or services they purchase, but it also offers businesses a way to evaluate and track what people are saying.

Notably, according to statistics, 7 of 10 people read reviews before making a purchase; 51% of buyers trust the opinions of strangers over friends, family, and trusted business advisors; consumers trust online reviews and other consumer feedback 12 times more than marketing messages from businesses; and local business reviews are read by 85% of consumers.

Furthermore, good reviews lead to more purchases and negative reviews allow marketers to make adjustments to products and show their willingness to work with their consumers.

“We are delighted to announce the addition of the ratings and reviews functionality on the Ultimate Guide of Christian Media & Broadcasting," commented Elizabeth Miracle, Partner Relations Manager at MultiView, which publishes NRB’s Ultimate Guide. "NRB members now have a powerful tool to learn about industry-specific vendors, and vendors have access to the voice of customers."

Moreover, those who submit a review by September 30 will be entered for a chance to win airfare and seven nights at a luxury resort hotel for two in Hawaii (courtesy of MultiView).

To write a review, look up a company using the Search bar on The Ultimate Guide and then click on the “Write a Review” button that appears next to the company you wish to rate and review.
