The Ultimate Guide of Christian Media & Broadcasting has a new business reviews section that will allow people on the Web to share with industry peers their experiences with a company's products or services.
The new feature not only gives consumers the ability to share their opinions about the products or services they purchase, but it also offers businesses a way to evaluate and track what people are saying.
Notably, according to statistics, 7 of 10 people read reviews before making a purchase; 51% of buyers trust the opinions of strangers over friends, family, and trusted business advisors; consumers trust online reviews and other consumer feedback 12 times more than marketing messages from businesses; and local business reviews are read by 85% of consumers.
Furthermore, good reviews lead to more purchases and negative reviews allow marketers to make adjustments to products and show their willingness to work with their consumers.

To write a review, look up a company using the Search bar on The Ultimate Guide and then click on the “Write a Review” button that appears next to the company you wish to rate and review.
