Nomination Procedures
For the NRB Annual Media Awards, all members are invited to nominate the individuals and organizations that they believe best meet the awards criteria. Self-nominations are encouraged. Self nominations are encouraged and should not be viewed negatively as a form of self-promotion, but rather as seeking a form of recognition for your team that will provide motivation to continually strive for excellence. Award nominees must be NRB members in good standing, unless otherwise noted.
The deadline to submit your nominations for the 2010 Media Awards has passed. Procedures for nominating individuals and organizations for the 2011 Media Awards will be posted in July 2010.
Below is the timeline for the 2010 Annual Media Awards.
July 10, 2009 Nominations open
August 14, 2009 Nominations close
September 4, 2009 Judges receive nominations and entry materials
October 30, 2009 Awards recipients are notified
January 14, 2010 Awards recipients are publicized in NRB Today
February 27, 2010 Media Awards are presented at Industry Receptions
March 2, 2010 Special Service Awards are presented at Closing Banquet
