Manassas, VA – The NRB 2010 Convention & Exposition will feature a presentation by Del Tackett, author, architect and teacher for The Truth Project and Co-host of Cross Examine, an upcoming television program from Coral Ridge Ministries, during the Opening Session on February 27, 2010.
Dr. Frank Wright, President & CEO of NRB, said “I look forward to hearing Del’s insights. His emphasis on Christian worldview is critical to the spiritual health of the body of Christ.”
Del Tackett is the Senior Correspondent and On-Air Personality for Coral Ridge Ministries, developing and hosting the upcoming new Cross Examine television show designed to use the stories of life around us to teach a biblical worldview. He is also an adjunct professor at New Geneva Theological Seminary and Summit Ministries and teaches at the Focus Leadership Institute. Up until recently, Del was Senior Vice President of Focus on the Family and President of the Focus Leadership Institute. Del served over 20 years in the United States Air Force and served at the White House during the George H. W. Bush administration where he was appointed by President Bush as the Director of Technical Planning for the National Security Council. Following his service at the White House, he served in various senior analyst and manager capacities at Kaman Sciences Corporation and ITT Industries. He is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. He received his B.S. from Kansas State University, M.S. from Auburn University, and a Doctor of Management from Colorado Technical University.
