Rod Payne is President of Christian Family Network Television, Wichita Falls, TX. CFNT has been a recipient of the NRB’s LPTV Station of the Year Award on three occasions, including 2011. A graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Rod has a long history with NRB, having attended his first convention in 1988. He has served as the Chairman of NRB’s TV Committee and has taught at both NRB & NAB. He serves as the spokesman for the Coalition for Free TV and Broadband. Rod and his wife of 35 years, Vicky, have three children.

Jeff Young returned to his Alma Mater, Louisiana College, after serving as a Pastor of Technical Production in local churches for 20 years. His passion for Media Ministry drew him to teach Media Production in 2007. He has also served on the inaugural church media committee and has been a member of NRB for the last 15 years. He has served on the iNRB standing committee for the last 5 years. Jeff has produced/directed live video productions both in the church and in the cooperate world. He loves to hunt, scuba dive and be involved in mission trips.

Dr. Hannu Haukka is the founder and president of Great Commission Media Ministries, formerly known as IRR/TV. This organization is having a worldwide impact for the Gospel, in Russia, Asia, and the Middle East.
For over 30 years, Hannu and his wife Laura have ministered to millions throughout the former Soviet Union. During the last decade, they have used a strategy of media saturation to introduce hundreds of thousands to the hope found in Christ in major cities of the world.
Dr. Haukka and his ministry have received NRB awards for his outstanding witness and work for the cause of the Gospel.

Edward G. Atsinger III has served as the CEO of Salem Communications Corporation since founding the company in the early 1970s with brother-in-law, Stuart Epperson. They successfully created a strategic, commercial model for Christian broadcasting that brought Christian radio to the country’s top 25 markets. As of 2009, Salem operated in 22 of those top 25 markets—with access to over 100,000,000 potential listeners. As Chairman of the NRB Music Licensing Committee, he has successfully waged a number of legal and legislative battles with the performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, etc.), protecting a viable model for Christian music on terrestrial radio. He is a member of the NRB Board of Directors.

Jim Kirkland directs the radio ministries of the BGEA as well as Blue Ridge Broadcasting, including 2008 Station of the Year WMIT. He joined BRB in 2001 as Director of Programming and Operations, moving to GM in 2005. Previously, Kirkland was in program management, with experience in seven different general-market formats at stations in Richmond, VA; Memphis, TN; Greenville, SC; and Greensboro, NC. A former board chairman of Christian World Adoption, Jim and his wife Janet have two daughters and live in Hendersonville, NC.

Jim West’s 44-year Broadcast career began in radio during high school and progressed to TV in college. He left the position of News Director of WTVT, Tampa, to start WORSHIP and later founded the PraiseTV, FaithTV, MyFamilyTV and LegacyTV networks, the last now seen on nearly 200 stations. He attended Wheaton, Trinity College, Palm Beach Atlantic (B.A., History) and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville (M. Div., 1977). He has two grown children and three grandchildren. He also teaches an adult Sunday School class at First Baptist Church of New Port Richey, FL.
