Rod Payne is President of Christian Family Network Television, Wichita Falls, TX. CFNT has been a recipient of the NRB’s LPTV Station of the Year Award on three occasions, including 2011. A graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Rod has a long history with NRB, having attended his first convention in 1988. He has served as the Chairman of NRB’s TV Committee and has taught at both NRB & NAB. He serves as the spokesman for the Coalition for Free TV and Broadband. Rod and his wife of 35 years, Vicky, have three children.

He is a member of the NRB Board of Directors.

John Hayden serves full time at Revive Our Hearts with Nancy Leigh DeMoss as part of the Donor Care Team. He also hosts Sunday Praise, on the Moody Radio Network. Before ROH, he served at other Midwest Christian radio stations with on-air, management, and operational area roles. John and his wife, Donna, have been married for 30 years. They have two adult children who are married, and a son, Tanner, who is 16 and home schooled. He and Donna love being Papa and Mimi to two sweet grandkids. In his spare time, John loves being with his family, working on his yard and cars, and watching the Chicago Bears. John also enjoys exploring new roads with his Kawasaki Vulcan 750.

As a singer/songwriter, he composed over 200 songs and performed at the Grand Ole Opry’s Grand Ole Gospel. Randy serves the NRB TV Committee as an LPTV broadcaster.
