Scott Link

Scott Link is the Pastor of Media at First Baptist Church of Orlando, FL. He has a Master of Arts in Communication from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Radio/TV from Middle Tennessee State University. He is married to Mandy, and has 3 children. He has been a member of NRB since 2002. He has served on staff in church media leadership for over a decade.

Mark Seignious, Northwestern College

Mark Seignious

Mark Seignious worked in radio 20 years before joining Northwestern College in 2001.  He has worked at radio stations in San Diego, Seattle, Sacramento, and Minneapolis/St Paul. While most of his radio experience has focused on talent/production, he has also worked in marketing, and news. His students have won more than 70 national and regional awards, including over half of the student awards offered by the National Religious Broadcasters in each of the last three years.  He has a passion for the supremacy of Christ and enjoys camping, fly-fishing, cooking, and time with his wife and his three children.

Ron Harris

Dr. Ron Harris has been around the broadcast world for most of his life, starting in radio over 45 years ago. From his degree in Radio-TV-Film to his years in the US Air Force to his church media experience and his university teaching, Ron has sought to use these communication tools to bring about change in hearts and lives. As Senior VP for Strategic Partnerships for NRB and Executive Director for the International Committee, Ron oversees the growing relationship between US-based broadcasters and their counterparts around the globe. He and his wife of 44 years, Judy, have 4 adult kids and 4 grandkids, and live in Arlington, Texas.

Nathan Tabor

Nathan has served as the President and CEO of TCVmedia.com since founding it in 2005. TCVmedia.com is a professional full-service internet firm that specializes in website design, social media optimization and consulting services. Nathan is committed to helping ministries use the internet and social media to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. He earned his M.A. from Regent University in 1998, was part owner of Revival Soy from 1999 to 2005, published The Beast on the East River in 2006, sold TheConservativeVoice.com to Townhall.com in 2008, and was listed in the top 50 entrepreneurs in North Carolina in 2009.  A member of NRB since 1999, he is married to Jordan and they have a daughter named Abigail.

Ed Atsinger, Salem Communications Corporation

Ed Atsinger

Edward G. Atsinger III has served as the CEO of Salem Communications Corporation since founding the company in the early 1970s with brother-in-law, Stuart Epperson. They successfully created a strategic, commercial model for Christian broadcasting that brought Christian radio to the country’s top 25 markets. As of 2009, Salem operated in 22 of those top 25 markets—with access to over 100,000,000 potential listeners. As Chairman of the NRB Music License Committee, he has successfully waged a number of legal and legislative battles with the performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, etc.), protecting a viable model for Christian music on terrestrial radio.  He is a member of the NRB Board of Directors.

Jim Kirkland, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association

Jim Kirkland

Jim Kirkland directs the radio ministries of the BGEA as well as Blue Ridge Broadcasting, including 2008 Station of the Year WMIT. He joined BRB in 2001 as Director of Programming and Operations, moving to GM in 2005. Previously, Kirkland was in program management, with experience in seven different general-market formats at stations in Richmond, VA; Memphis, TN; Greenville, SC; and Greensboro, NC. A former board chairman of Christian World Adoption, Jim and his wife Janet have two daughters and live in Hendersonville, NC.

Jim West, Legacy TV

Jim West

Jim West’s 44-year Broadcast career began in radio during high school and progressed to TV in college. He left the position of News Director of WTVT, Tampa, to start WORSHIP and later founded PraiseTV, FaithTV, MyFamilyTV and LegacyTV networks, the last now seen on nearly 200 stations. He attended Wheaton, Trinity College, Palm Beach Atlantic (B.A.-History) and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville (M. Div.-1977). He has been married for 41 years to Debbie with two grown children and three grandchildren. He teaches an adult Sunday School class at First Baptist Church of New Port Richey, FL.
