Joshua D. Weiss (@joshuadweiss) has nearly 20 years of experience and serves as general manager of IBN Television, an international television platform with over 50 broadcast stations, satellite, and streaming apps. He is producer of CrossTalk International, Today With God and Wize Flix television programs. He serves as associate pastor at Abundant Life AG in Grand Prairie, TX, where he and his wife, Nancy, lead worship and are responsible for all media. Joshua teaches Church Media at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has a masters in strategic communications and is working on his Ph.D. in communications at Regent University.

He previously worked for Motive Marketing (The Passion of the Christ and Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe) as a liaison to the religious community, and with Disney National Promotions Group marketing Pirates of the Caribbean and Enchanted.

Shur brings with him over three decades of in-the-field media experience. As a Principal Consultant, Shur has launched five satellite television stations, from concept to launch – four in India and one in Malaysia. He has been a Fulbright Fellow in Communication Technology during 1988-89. Shur is a strong believer of networking and building contacts.

He has traveled extensively, partnering with international ministries such as TWR, HCJB, FEBC, The Bible League, Compassion International, and Gospel for Asia. For recreation, Bill enjoys motorcycles, snowmobiles, scuba diving, and hunting. He and Deborah live by a lake in a small New Hampshire town.

Helping others in Christian media reach their potential is Jennifer Hayden Epperson’s passion. Currently, she serves on NRB’s Radio Committee and is Moody Radio’s Director of Research and Learning. Previously, she was a Station Manager with Moody Radio and Blount Communications. Jennifer has worked and taught in international contexts with Moody Radio’s Global Partners Training program and spent five years as the Executive Producer of TWR’s Women of Hope. In 2012, she completed a doctorate in organizational leadership with a minor in human resource development. She has taught leadership and radio courses on both undergraduate and graduate levels. Jennifer enjoys her pugs, playing the flute, and speaking French.
